   The most dangerous is an albumen diet. It is can bring on kidney load and even can lead kidney stones. Besides, albumen abundance exerts negative influence on the liver and on the digestion organ. Moreover there is lack of vitamins – fruits and vegetables. Faded hair, brittle nails, unhealthy skin color – deplorable result of the albumen diet. Then anorexia is waiting for you.
   Monodiet is diet with the use of only one product, but to keep them more than three days is not recommended. Day by day the same product can cause to an unpleasant consequences.
Rise can lead to the inspissation of the bile, apples consist of only carbohydrates and can break a menstrual cycle of the woman and will be badly reflected in the nervous system, juice leads to the hunger feeling and irritates mucous coat of stomach.
   Fasting is also not a perfect way to loose one’s weight. It can be dangerous to your health and your live, it is more difficult to organize it, during refusal to eat it is necessary to give enemas, fasting leads an avitaminosis, albuminous and mineral insufficiency, an acidosis, acetonemia and the general weakness.
   At the last time fast diets lose their popularity, after all, an ideal diet is that which you can follow for all your life without harm for the health. It is better to loose the weight gradually from 500 g in a week, but it is effectively and at a long date.
   Therefore choosing this or that diet, think a little do you really need all this problems with the health which brings any diet? Remember, there is no USEFUL DIET.
